Ikan Bakar Dabu Dabu

Bahan
1 kg ikan tongkol [1. tuna]
1 buah jeruk nipis [2. lemon], ambil airnya
Bumbu Halus
4 siung bawang putih [3. garlic]
10 buah cabe merah [4. red chilli], iris halus
4 siung kemiri [5. Candlenut, a round, cream-colored nut with an oily consistency used to add texture and a faint flavor to many dishes. Substitute macadamia nuts or raw cashews.]
1 sdt merica
1 sdt garam
2 cm kunyit
1 sdt kaldu ayam bubuk [6. Chicken stock powder]
Sambal Dabu Dabu (aduk semua bahan) [7. Mix all ingredients]
10 siung bawang merah [8. Shallot, widely used in Indonesian cooking, pounded to make spice pastes, sliced and added to food before cooking, and sliced and deep fried to make a garnish.], iris tipis
10 buah cabe merah, iris tipis
250 gr tomat sayur merah, potong dadu
garam secukupnya
2 sdm minyak sayur
10 daun kemangi
4 sdm air jeruk nipis
Cara membuat
1. Cuci ikan, kerat permukaannya [9. the surface] 1 atau 2 keratan [10. incision] , lumuri [11. Coat] dengan air jeruk nipis, biarkan 15 menit, cuci, tiriskan [12. drain]
2. Lumuri ikan dengan bumbu halus secara merata termasuk bagian dalam dan kepala, biarkan 30 menit
3. Bakar ikan sampai bumbu kering dan ikan matang
